Trellus adds power and parallel dialing to supported CRMs and sales engagement platforms through a Chrome extension. Keep calling from the lists and queues your reps already work.
Power dialing calls one contact at a time. Parallel dialing calls up to five numbers at once on eligible plans, connects you to whoever answers and stops the other lines. Prioritize likely pickups, monitor number health and get live AI coaching during the conversation.
For supported CRMs and sales engagement platforms. Modes and line counts vary by platform and plan.

Multiple lines at once
Parallel dialing calls several numbers at the same time. You speak with a prospect who answers instead of waiting for each number to finish ringing before trying the next.

Power dialing calls one number at a time from your contact list, without entering each phone number manually. Review the contact, make the call and log the outcome before moving to the next person.

DIALER FAQ
Trellus supports both modes. Use power dialing for one contact at a time and parallel dialing for several simultaneous attempts. Your available modes and line counts depend on your platform, plan and account settings.
Select a recorded greeting before calling. For eligible parallel calls, Trellus waits for the voicemail tone, plays your saved voicemail and ends that call.
A phone screener uses a separate saved introduction. On supported parallel calls with a Trellus number, Trellus plays that introduction when the screener asks, then waits for a person to answer. The recording does not conduct a conversation for the rep.
Smart caller ID selects from your available calling numbers using destination matching and recent use. Auto-rotate cycles through the available pool as a separate strategy.
Number health tools let you review spam signals and connect rates separately. Eligible managed outbound numbers can be replaced when their performance or spam signals deteriorate. Watch the number management and spam prevention guide for the controls.
Trellus parallel dials up to five lines on eligible plans and supported workflows. Your line count depends on your platform, plan and account settings. Review current plans and confirm your team’s setup in a demo.
Trellus Power is $99.99 a month. Power + Parallel is $149.99 a month and adds parallel dialing, unlimited AI practice calls and 8 additional phone numbers with spam remediation. Business pricing is custom. Compare plans.
You can start from your existing contact list in a supported CRM or sales engagement platform. The integration directory shows each platform’s starting screen, calling modes and logging steps.
HubSpot, Google Sheets, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, Gong Engage, Salesforce, Close, Attio and GoHighLevel, plus 18 more platforms. The integration directory shows each platform’s starting screen, calling modes and what Trellus saves back.
Your rep speaks with the prospect. In this dialing workflow, AI provides live coaching and helps generate notes for the rep to review afterward.
AI works around the call: Hot Numbers (beta) orders eligible lists by estimated pickup likelihood, live coaching suggests questions and objection responses, and AI fills in the result and summary. Your rep does the talking.
Calling rules depend on who you call, where and with what consent, not only on the dialer. Trellus holds back Do Not Call contacts, dials within business hours in each prospect’s local time by default and helps you register your numbers. Consent, calling hours, recording rules and local law remain your organization’s responsibility.
Spread calls across several numbers and keep the volume on each one reasonable. Admins can complete STIR/SHAKEN business verification and the Free Caller Registry, and each number shows Clean, Warning, Flagged or Untested so you can replace one that shows warning signs.
Review the generated notes and summary, confirm the outcome and log the call in your supported platform. See the recorded Attio and HubSpot tutorials above for the controls in those integrations.
Hot Numbers estimates pickup likelihood to help prioritize eligible calling lists. It is a beta feature, and the estimate is a sorting signal rather than your overall connect rate or a promise that the next call will be answered.

All four offer power and parallel dialing. Nooks, Orum and Salesfinity run calling in their own workspaces, with lists brought in from your CRM. Trellus adds dialing beside the CRM list, task queue or Google Sheet your reps already use and saves the outcome there. See Trellus vs. Nooks, Trellus vs. Orum and Trellus vs. Salesfinity.
